The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 10th July 2012 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 1,1 MW located in Chotětov, Czech Republic with Chotětov BPS s.r.o. The plant is scheduled to be built by Q4 2012.

The total contract value is CZK 94 000 000 (EUR 3 700 000).

BGS Energy Plus through BGS Biogas helds 15% stake in Chotětov BPS s.r.o.
