The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 5th June 2012 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 620 kW located in Pohled, Czech Republic with OSIVA a.s.. The plant is scheduled to be built by Q4 2012.

The total contract value is CZK 59 000 000 (EUR 2 300 000).

BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to the principals of OSIVA a.s.
